NTX Comic Show - August 2026 in Dallas / Ft Worth

NTX Comic Show: The Summer Showcase The NTX Comic Show returns to the NTX Arena on August 8 and 9 for another big weekend built for comic fans, collectors, and creators alike. With 50+ comic vendors on the floor, prizes being given out all weekend, and featured guests joining us for the show, this is your chance to spend the weekend deep in the hunt. Whether you are chasing key issues, digging through back issue bins, hunting original art, or looking for the next book to add to your stack, this is the place to buy, sell, and trade with fellow collectors from across North Texas and beyond. Featured Guests We are excited to welcome two standout guests to the August NTX Comic Show, giving fans the chance to meet both a modern cover artist making noise right now and a true all-time comic book legend. Both guests will be signing from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM both Saturday and Sunday. Roy Thomas is a true all time comic book legend, and getting him in the building is a big deal. He started at Marvel in the 1960s and eventually succeeded Stan Lee as editor-in-chief, helping steer the company through one of its most important eras. His credits read like a tour of comic history, from The Avengers to Conan the Barbarian to Marvel's original Star Wars adaptation. Along the way he co-created characters who are still everywhere today, including the Vision, Ultron, and Banshee. If you care about where the hobby came from, this is a rare chance to meet someone who helped build it. Roy will be signing 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM both Saturday and Sunday. Kevin Grevioux is a rare triple threat in the world of genre storytelling. He co-created the Underworld movie franchise, writing the original concept and screenplay and appearing on screen as Raze. On the comics side he has written everyone from Spider-Man to Blade to Batman, and he created the acclaimed Adam: Legend of the Blue Marvel for Marvel. He also founded his own studio, Darkstorm, home to creator-owned books like ZMD: Zombies of Mass Destruction and I, Frankenstein. Whether you know him from the big screen or the comic shop, he brings a deep love of the genre to everything he does. Route 66 Comics & Collectibles will be providing CGC Signature Series facilitation and grading submissions for the show.
